Start with the smallest pack of the item you plan to use most. Every category lists its pack sizes, and Pricing shows the price per pack. Not sure? Tell us what you are making and we suggest a size before you order.

The photos show the products we stock. Natural materials differ from piece to piece, so if the exact shape or colour matters, ask for a current photo of your pack before we send it.

Choose the category and pack size, then send your order through the contact form. We confirm stock, the total and pickup or delivery by email before anything is charged.

Yes. Once your order is confirmed we email the pickup time and what to bring. Delivery is also possible; the cost depends on weight and address and is quoted with the order.

Often, yes. Write the items and weights you need through the contact form and we reply with what is in stock and the price before packing.

Write to us with your order details and a photo within the period in our Refund policy. We replace the pack or refund it as the policy describes.

Keep packs sealed, dry and out of direct sun until you use them. Anything specific to an item is written on its label and product note.

Prices on the Pricing page are current per pack. If a price changes before your order is confirmed, we tell you the new total first and you decide whether to go ahead.
